52 Card Pickup, Anyone?

Twenty One Pilots Playing Cards

What is this?

This project is a personal project that I made for a college assignment where we had to make a deck of cards. At the time, my sister had gotten me into the band called Twenty One Pilots and I decided that I would theme my cards around them.

The deck has 52 cards so it is a full deck and each one has a different design. Most of the images in the foreground were imaged traced to give a consistent feeling.

Along with the number/letter value, there is another form of hierarchy. The more detail there is on a card, the more value that particular card has.

Along with the 52 cards, there is also a box (not pictured) that goes along with it.

The Cards

Trench Suit

This is the designs for their “Trench” album. The colors that were prominent in this album was the yellow that is used on all of the cards along with a dark, mellow green.

Blurryface Suit

The designs used in the back of the cards for the blurryface suit cards are taken directly from their album art that was used. The prominent colors for this album was red and black.

Regional at Best

Regional at best had a simple looking album cover and had nothing that really stood out like the other albums. Blue was the only prominent color.

Self-Titled

Self-Titled was their first album and the album art was prominent with purple and lines.
